Yes — we can make pretty much anything with NAG (no added gluten) ingredients, and we cater to a range of dietary needs and restrictions. We hold an A-grade food safety certificate and follow strict cleaning procedures to prevent cross-contamination, though because we work with allergens in one kitchen we can't promise anything is 100% celiac safe.
